By using our "Get Quote" or lead submission features, you expressly grant Schneider Family Corp the permission to use the information you provide (including name, company, email, phone, and request details) to contact vendors and secure equipment rentals or purchases on your behalf. We act solely as a facilitator in connecting you with vendors.

3. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

We are not a party to the actual rental or purchase agreement. Schneider Family Corp does not own, inspect, maintain, or guarantee the equipment listed on our Service. You agree that any contract for the transaction is strictly between you and the vendor. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Schneider Family Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your rental, purchase, or use of the equipment, or your interactions with the vendor.
